Booking & Cancellation Policies
1. Booking Policy: a. We work only on clean, healthy hair/scalps, subject to the Dread Lock Artist's discretion upon arrival. b. A deposit is required before confirming your appointment 2. Rescheduling Policy: a. To reschedule, notify us at least 48 hours in advance b. Failing to do so may result in a rescheduling fee. 3. Cancellation Policy: a. Clients must cancel 24 hours before the session. b. Cancellations within 24 hours aren't eligible for a refund of deposit 4. Price Adjustment: a. The price may vary upon booking, based on estimated time for hair lengths. b. Adjustments will be discussed upon arrival. 5. No-Show Policy: a. No-shows (without prior notice) incur a full session fee. b. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. These policies ensure service quality, efficient scheduling and respect for clients' time and boundaries. By booking with us, you agree to follow these policies.
