Switch off the Monkey Mind🐵!
Do you have trouble with the busy mind at bed time or wake up with thoughts going crazy and can't switch it off and go back to sleep?
Well I may have the solution for you!
I have been waking up to a mind racing (about nothing in particular which is super super annoying) a bit lately and its driving me crazy🤯.
Now I haven't had this happen for ages, so of course I tried fighting it and tossing and turning, trying to use my breath and all the other things instead of going to the simple solutions I have in the drawer!

Introducing Frankincense!
So this incredible oil is a savour in many ways (it's not called the king of oils for nothing!) but for this particular issue, this is how I use it:
-put my thumb over the top of the bottle and tip upside down
-I place my thumb on the roof of my mouth and hold it for a few seconds
-sometimes I will inhale the aroma as well or place a dab on my forehead.
This works every single time!
I go back to bed, settle back in and within a few minutes drift off into a deep restful (quiet) sleep!
